Stay at Owen House Farm Terms & Conditions
General Room Information
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the accommodation
The rooms are located 100-150 yards from the wedding barn.
Strictly accommodation guests only will be allowed entry to the rooms
Breakfast will be served in the breakfast room from 830am. Please inform us of any dietary requirements at least 7 days before you arrive.
As required by law, Owen House Farm operates a no smoking policy in rooms. Please use the designated smoking areas provided.
Check In
Upon booking you will be sent a 4 digit code that will give you access to our key safe located outside your room door. Check-in is available to your room no earlier than 1pm and we recommend you access your room no later than 5pm to leave your luggage. On departure please leave the key in the room or in the key safe. A member of staff will be available on the day of check in to help if required.
Check Out
We have a strict check out policy and you room(s) will need to be vacated by 10am the next morning.

Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel a reservation for any reason, please notify us by telephone (01565 873555) or by email (stay@owenhousefarm.co.uk). Cancellation is confirmed on the date of receipt of the telephone call or email.
Once a booking has been paid and confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 3 + months prior to arrival date – full refund
- 1-3 months prior to arrival date – you will be charged 50% of the total room cost
- 4 weeks prior to arrival date – you will be charged 100% of the total room cost
- Non arrival on booking date – you will be charged 100% of the total room cost
*Please note any refunds will be processed for you within 7 days of your cancellations. Any refunds outside of these time periods or criteria are at the discretion of Stay at Owen House Farm Ltd.
Child Policy
For our 2 family rooms the family rate is available if your children are 16 or under.
Guests under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times. Owen House Farm is a working farm and we ask guests to respect the landscape and property at all times.

Future room rates
Please note prices are subject to annual change at the discretion of Stay at Owen House Farm LTD. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Damage and breakages
Any costs as a result of damage or additional cleaning services to the property and contents of Stay at Owen House Farm Ltd will be the responsibility of the guest. We will be in touch with details of the costs and if the guest fails to pay, the amount owed will be taken from the wedding parties secure deposit.
